Since it adds nothing to our costs, I am using a local travel agent to handle our trip details. I used to use Country Place Travel in Lawrenceville when I was traveling a lot for business, and they always took good care of me. Lawton Roberts is the owner and I trust him to handle all the trip details with Insight Vacations.
Lawton will need the following information to set up each persons travel account with Insight:
When you call Lawton to set up you trip, tell him you are on the Egypt Trip, and he'll need the information above. Some information, like passport number, can be missing initially, but will be needed at least 2 months before we leave. Patricia and I have sent our passports in to be renewed, so we'll send that in when we get them back.
Lawton will also need your credit card information: card number, valid dates, etc. You can also pay by cash or check, but he can't set you up until the check has cleared the bank.
