Egypt Expedition Costs


The base cost per person is: $1,875.
I have been asked about using frequent flyer
points for the trip. That is certainly an option if you have them, and IF you
can actually use them. One thing to consider is that if you book the flight with
Insight, they are responsible for getting your there. If you put it together
yourself, the responsibility is all yours. As always, it's your call.
Here's a breakdown of the costs for the trip:

Here's information on booking and cancellation:

Deposit - $200 per person per tour
(refundable for 7 days)

Final Payment - At least 45 days prior to
tour departure* date (airfare isn't calculated until the
full payment is received)

For online bookings Insight Vacations
only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your
payment is not deemed made until Insight Vacations receives it

A 7-day refundable deposit of $200 per
person, per tour is required for us to hold seats for you. After 7 days
this deposit becomes non-refundable

In order to secure space booked, your
Travel Agent should enter your credit card number and expiration date
when booking your reservation online

The deposit forms part of your final
payment and if not received within 7 DAYS of booking, the reservation
will automatically be cancelled. On certain departures, deposits may be
required to hold seats at the time of booking.

The final payment is due 45 days prior to
departure*

Insight reserves the right to cancel the
reservation and impose cancellation charges should payments not be
received within the above-specified periods
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

If notice of cancellation is received by
Insight Vacations 45 days prior to departure*, the non-refundable deposit
will be retained along with the Travel Protection.

If full payment is not received 45 days prior
to departure the Airline have the right to cancel your Air reservation.
Regrettably, if payment is not received by Insight we will not be
responsible for lost reservations.

Notice of cancellation must be made in
writing either directly to Insight or through your Travel Agent.

The following scale of charges will apply
when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed: No. of
